Shipping policy

We take great care to ensure that all items are packed securely to avoid any damage during transport. Your order will be carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Within Germany: Packages typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

Within Europe: Shipping can take up to 21 days.

Outside of Europe: Delivery times may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Within Germany: If you choose a shipping method without tracking information, we do not take responsibility for lost packages. Otherwise the shipments include a tracking number, so you can easily follow the progress of your delivery.

Within Europe/ outside of Europe: All shipments include a tracking number, so you can easily follow the progress of your delivery.

If you need to update or correct your address, please let us know as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the package has been shipped.

As we handle all packaging and shipping ourselves, we can only ship orders every two weeks. This allows us to focus on creating our art and content. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If your package is lost or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note that customs duties or VAT fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders can only be cancelled before the package is shipped. Once the package is on its way, cancellations are no longer possible.
