- Within Germany: Packages typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
- Within Europe: Shipping can take up to 14–21 days.
- Outside of Europe: Delivery times may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking Information
- Within Germany: If you choose a shipping method without tracking information, we do not take responsibility for lost packages. Otherwise the shipments include a tracking number, so you can easily follow the progress of your delivery.
- Within Europe/ outside of Europe (not USA): All shipments include a tracking number, so you can easily follow the progress of your delivery.
- USA: Due to the US tariffs, all shipments will be sent via letter. We can only follow the order as being informed of the arrival in the designated country.
